Pharma GmbH was founded in Switzerland
in 2003, subsidiary (48%).
NeuroBiotec
GmbH and Axxonis Pharma GmbH, Appenzell,
have partnered to develop and market new
CNS drugs.
NeuroBiotec
and Axxonis have performed several successful
studies in RLS and advanced PD with their
new Lisuride patch. Further phase III studies
are ongoing or in preparation with this
patch as well as with s.c. infusion of
Lisuride to achieve continuous dopaminergic
stimulation (CDS)
In
July the Swiss affiliate Axxonis Pharma
GmbH was fully consolidated to Neurobiotec
GmbH.
In
August 2006 the Neurobiotec Gmbh merged
fully into the new founded Neurobiotec
Pharma AG. The new Company has taken over
all legal obligations.
